Bringing hope to young people in crisis
The ongoing pressure the NHS and CAMHS are under, directly affects the way help is distributed to those in need, and with the overwhelming increase of young people needing support, mental health cases across the country are soaring.
Due to a lack of resources and inefficient care, we are seeing more and more families left without support. This is causing young people to reach a point of crisis and with waiting lists exceeding 18 months, there is no help available to those who need it now.
HOPE’s aim is to offer early intervention to those families in need, whilst also providing care, understanding, empathy, trust, and a simple hand to hold. We believe that early intervention is key to prevent unnecessary escalation, but we need help to keep doing this vital work.
